The Swiss family-owned company HUG relies on the compact RPP - Robotic Pick and Place line. Syntegon has been a trusted partner throughout the entire lifecycle – ensuring that the delicate baked tartelettes reach customers in perfect quality.
For years, the Swiss bakery company HUG and Syntegon have shared a close partnership – from the initial project idea and defining requirements, through installation and production launch, to service and maintenance plans. The new robotic line now delivers double the output while maintaining the highest quality: eight robot arms gently pick up the delicate tartelettes and place them precisely into trays. Efficiency meets reliability – giving Switzerland’s traditional pastries the perfect presentation.
Seamlessly integrated and suitable for many formats
“We wanted a solution that would make us fit for the future – and that would fit into our limited space. And we were looking for an experienced partner who understood our industry and requirements, and with whom we could develop the right solution together,” said Ernst Huwiler, Project Manager at HUG bakery company in Malters, Switzerland.
