Washes and racks kegs in just one operating step: the new Innokeg X module from KHS is the ideal system for craft breweries and saves time, money and space. KHS will be presenting its new development to the public for the very first time at the Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville, USA.
KHS realizes greenfield project in the keg and can segments for Beavertown Brewery.Beavertown Brewery has invested in a turnkey canning line from KHS. The integrated Innofill Can DVD filler that includes a Ferrum seamer is designed to process up to 33,000 330-milliliter containers an hour.
A trust lasting more than 35 years: KHS recently commissioned a new non-returnable PET line for Israeli beverage producer Tempo Beverages under very special circumstances – and in doing so combined its latest-generation stretch blow molding technology with a filler for the very first time.
KHS has further developed its rPET containers for the home care and food sectors. In addition to bottle handles slotted into place mechanically, the Dortmund company now offers a glued-in process that gives users plenty of benefits: stretch blow molded using the preferential heating method, the KHS PET bottle is more stable than the extrusion-blow-molded polyolefin alternatives.
The example of KHS’ InnoPET TriBlock stretch blow molder/labeler/filler block illustrates how automated format changeovers can be successfully implemented. And it shows that beverage producers can combine maximum flexibility with a high level of efficiency.
A project of superlatives: Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. completed its new production site in just 280 days. The greenfield project is among the largest and most modern breweries in the USA. With four canning lines and two repackaging lines for variety packs, the KHS Group is making a major contribution to the success of this ambitious undertaking.
With the help of modern robots KHS has brought low-feed palletizers up to speed – whether they process cans, PET or glass. For beverage fillers this means easier operation, greater efficiency and higher availability.
Additional security of investment: thanks to the use of 3D software the KHS Group now provides a timely virtual overview of all newly procured technologies at the offer stage. With it, the systems provider can illustrate in detail and in advance how a client’s potential new line or single machine can be integrated into the production environment, taking all prevalent conditions on site into account.
