Delta releases the ASDA-A3-EP servo drive with integrated functional safety for advanced machine applications.

The enhanced Motion Controllers set a new benchmark in automation control, offering high-speed performance and built-in hardware interfaces.

The showcased products, including the AX-5 series I/O modules, VP3000 variable torque drives, and VTScada energy management system, are designed to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability across diverse industrial applications.

These include the award-winning D-Bot series cobots, featuring advanced cognitive capabilities and integration with NVIDIA Omniverse to develop next-generation digital twins; and DeltaGrid, the AI-enabled energy management platform.

This add-on equips Delta’s D-Bot series collaborative robots with advanced cognitive capabilities, such as voice command, 3D machine vision, multimodal Artificial Intelligence (AI) interaction, and more.

Designed for high-speed and precise operations, the D-Bot achieves movement speeds of up to 200 degrees per second, with an accuracy of ±0.02mm, ensuring optimal performance in various industrial applications.

This accolade, which follows their 2024 Red Dot Design Award win in Singapore earlier this year, highlights Delta’s outstanding design capabilities and its commitment to innovation.

This integration empowers developers to achieve real-time, high-fidelity, physically accurate simulations that dramatically enhance the development, testing, and deployment of advanced robotic solutions.
