CAREL at EuroShop 2026: Effortless Usability, Tangible Sustainability and Distributed Intelligence

At the exhibition, CAREL will showcase an integrated ecosystem of solutions designed to make daily operations in food retail increasingly intuitive and efficient. The portfolio spans on-site management of food retail applications, cold rooms and monoblock units, through to the latest innovations for food service environments, all featuring immediate user interfaces and functional, operator-centric design.

Sustainability with measurable impact
Sustainability is addressed in a concrete and measurable way, with solutions focused on optimizing the energy performance of the entire store and supporting the ongoing transition to natural refrigerants. CAREL’s “total store” approach enables improvements in overall system efficiency, transforming energy management into shared economic and environmental value for retailers, system integrators and end users alike.

Distributed intelligence and AI-driven control
A strong focus is also placed on distributed intelligence and artificial intelligence, which are reshaping the management of commercial buildings. Advanced algorithms, continuous system monitoring, real-time data analysis and enhanced professional services support regulatory compliance, predictive control and performance optimization. These capabilities enable intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making, improving efficiency, reliability and asset lifetime.

Digital ecosystem and connectivity
Alongside CAREL’s solutions, Kiona—a leading Nordic SaaS provider and part of the CAREL Group since 2023—will also be exhibiting at the stand. CAREL Group’s digital portals, supported by advanced connectivity solutions compliant with the latest cybersecurity standards, allow seamless integration of equipment into IoT architectures. This enables new models for system control, maintenance and plant performance optimization.

“EuroShop has always been a unique opportunity for CAREL to demonstrate how technological innovation, operational simplicity and sustainability can converge into practical solutions for commercial refrigeration,” said Alessandro Greggio, CAREL Group Solution Marketing Director – Refrigeration. “At the 2026 edition, our goal is once again to stand alongside our customers, improving system performance, reducing complexity and generating real value across the entire supply and management chain.”
