A good start into the New Year for BOCK GmbH and its customers and partners. Bock has expanded its transcritical CO2 compressor series with another compressor for small capacity ranges.

The new HGX12 CO2 T is a transcritical 2-cylinder compressor, which is available in the displacement stages 1.7 / 2.8 and 3.5 m3. It is slightly smaller and more compact than its bigger brother, the 4-cylinder HGX24 CO2 T compressor, which is designed for slightly higher displacement stages.

The HGX12 CO2 T is based on the same product design family as the HGX24 CO2 T, which was launched very successfully on the market about a year ago. This makes the HGX12 CO2 T just as robust and efficient and flexible in use, only for smaller capacity ranges. The HGX12 CO2 T thus adds another size to the already existing range.

Transcritical BOCK CO2 compressors: a wide range of applications with focus on sustainability
The transcritical BOCK CO2 compressors are used in systems in supermarkets, in industrial and commercial refrigeration systems or heat pumps.

The gas-cooled, semi-hermetic CO2 compressors from BOCK achieve the highest EER / COP values and are partly ASERCOM certified. By using the natural refrigerant R744, BOCK CO2 compressors are not only economical, but also designed to make a significant contribution to reducing CO2 emissions - caused by the daily and non-renounceable use of refrigeration technology and refrigeration systems worldwide - by using CO2 as a refrigerant. The combination of constant technical progress, innovation and sustainability is very important to BOCK and an integral part of the company concept.

The new HGX12 CO2 T offers users, plant engineers and investors a long service life with low maintenance requirements. The compressor can be used for medium to low-temperature cooling and heat pumps, operates with optimized drive design and proven BOCK compressor technology at low noise and with a low oil carry over rate. It thus joins the very successful, highly praised CO2 range of BOCK on the market.
