ANDRITZ unveils ExMax S1021 extruder for safer, efficient feed
ANDRITZ launched the ExMax S1021 extruder at VICTAM LATAM, featuring DensiFlex technology, hygienic stainless-steel design, reduced downtime, and lower costs.

The new extruder responds to the growing demand for safer, more sustainable pet food and aqua feed by helping producers achieve consistently high-quality nutrition, improved food safety, and greater efficiency, while reducing operating costs and unplanned downtime.
Developed in collaboration with industry producers, the ExMax S1021 combines a hygienic design with advanced automation to make production cleaner, more reliable and easier to control, while minimizing waste.
