The exhibit will feature four key NPS systems: the 34S Vertical Form, Fill & Seal (VFFS) bagmaker for powders, granulars, and liquids; a multilane Vertical Sachet machine equipped with servo-driven auger fillers; the semi-automatic A1 Auger Filler for products like milk powder, spices, and cement; and a semi-automatic Basculating Volumetric Filler for liquids and solid foods. Ishida will also introduce two new products to the African market, including a stick pack/sachet maker and the Inspira iTPS™ (Integrated Total Packaging System), capable of packing 160 bags per minute (bpm) for extruded snacks and 120 bpm for potato chips.

Additionally, Ishida will display its weighing and inspection technologies. The 10-head CHW multihead weigher handles free-flowing products up to 70 bpm, while the top-of-the-range CCW-AS weigher reduces energy consumption by 20% and maintains near 100% accuracy to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). For quality control, the IX-EN-4093-S X-ray inspection system uses advanced Genetic Algorithm (GA) technology to detect missing components and foreign bodies—including aluminum, tin, glass, stone, hard rubber, dense plastic, Teflon, PVC, bones, and shells—at high inspection speeds.
