High performance 1-strand bagged sugar dispenser



We published a dispenser for bulk products on October 7, 2020 . Made for a customer from Saratov. The client will pack cereals and sugar in doses of 3, 5 and 10 kg. The video was filmed in the assembly shop of NOTIS, immediately after production.

Dosing does not take place directly into bags, but into an intermediate weighing bucket. While the dose is being collected, the operator has time to remove and secure a new bag.

Bread wrapper for oil and spice application



On October 15, 2020, we manufactured and tested the OPP-NOTIS envelope for a customer from Azerbaijan. This is a machine for sprinkling snacks with oil, and for even application of flavorings. It is sometimes called a mixer or dragee drum. But in our enveloping machine, in addition to the barrel, with an automated control, the product, oil and spices are fed evenly and automatically. And all control takes place from one block with an interface. The main advantage of OPP-NOTIS is that the product turns out as the customers intended. No lumps sticking together. And at the beginning of the shift, and at the end, and at any other moment, the machines will give out a snack with the same taste.

The customer preferred a modification of two consecutive reels. In one, the product (crackers) are sprayed with oil mist. In the other, salt and flavorings are evenly applied and mixed. One barrel would be enough, but the double modification improves the quality of the resulting product. And it improves productivity.

In the video, the oil sprayer was removed for testing. In addition to testing, a detailed survey of equipment setup and system management was carried out for the customer.

Budget dispensing and packing machine



On October 20, 2020, a budget dosing and packaging machine MDU-NOTIS-04M-2K for lumpy and granular products was tested in the assembly shop . Made for a meat chip manufacturer in the Tomsk region.
