Bakery packaging machine



On November 3, 2020, we published the first minutes of the new horizontal packaging machine operation at the client's facility in Omsk. MGU-NOTIS-210 forms packaging from a roll of film. Each bun is wrapped in foil and sealed. Such packaging is called flow pack (flow).

The video shows how several types of products are packed on one machine. Bread, buns, puffs and buns are sent for wrapping at a given performance. In this case: 40 pcs / min. Changeover to another film and another product takes a few minutes.

Semi-automatic flour filling line



On November 13, 2020, we posted another survey from the commissioning work at the customer's enterprise in the Altai Territory. The semi-automatic flour line (description) allows you to pack the product in paper bags of 500 grams, 1 kg, 2 kg or 3 kg.

Candy packaging line



November 23, 2020 showed a test of a new packaging line for sweets (description). This is the third chocolate factory this year to receive such a project. The technological production line produces lines of sweets on the conveyor, and then the NOTIS equipment does all the work.

The conveyor system evenly distributes the flow to several horizontal packaging machines. Synchronizes speeds, flexibly reacts to various changes, automates the packaging process and dispenses candy ready for retail.

It is this complex that has so far been implemented for a relatively low productivity: 250 candies per minute. The length of each piece is 4 cm. But there is a simple possibility of installing a second strand to increase productivity up to 500 candies per minute.

On November 11, 2020, we prepared a note on the purchase of packaging equipment on lease. We shipped two trucks with packaging lines for packing sugar to a customer from Kazan. The equipment was purchased with the help of Siemens Finance . It is worth noting that it is with this company that we have conducted many successful deals. Siemens Finance offers comfortable conditions both for our client and shows trust in us, as a reliable supplier, without requiring unnecessary formalities.

The candy line described above was also acquired on lease. But through another company - Vostok Leasing . The transaction went well and we look forward to further successful cooperation.

Machine for cutting bread into slices for croutons



On November 26, 2020 published a test of a machine for cutting loaves of bread into small equal slices in the form of straws. One of the leaders among the producers of rusks, at the beginning of the year ordered one MNKH-NOTIS-01 . After successful operation, we received an order for 5 more vehicles.

Several more of these machines are now in production for customers from Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Russia. The MNKH-NOTIS-01 equipment has established itself as convenient in operation, reliable and outstanding cutting of consistently high quality.
